ChurnTech is a technology and growth company registered in Warsaw, Poland. We operate our own affiliate sites, build managed automation, and make our own software products.
01Who we are
We started with our own sites, then built what they needed.
Churn Technologies is an independent company. We pick a problem, write the software, put it in front of people and keep it running. That is how we run affiliate sites, and it is how we make products.
Now we offer the same build-and-run approach to clients. We would rather do a few things properly and look after them than keep a long list of things we once launched.
02How we got here
- 2023
Our own affiliate sites.
We began by operating our own comparison sites. We have been doing it since 2023.
- Next
The software those sites needed.
Running sites showed us what to build: a site platform, content and SEO systems, offer data and partner reporting.
- 2024
QR Rapid.
The first product of our own, live since 2024: a platform for dynamic QR codes that can be edited and measured.
- 2026
BandPeek.
A macOS menu-bar network monitor, published as open source and in beta.

The same approach, for clients.
We offer to build and run for others what we have built and run for ourselves: affiliate and iGaming expertise, and managed automation.

Own the whole loop.
When the same people build, ship, operate and improve a site, a workflow or a product, nothing is thrown over a wall. What running it teaches us — a slow query, a confusing screen, an unanswered question — goes straight into what we build next.

Keep each piece small and focused.
One job, done properly. QR Rapid is about QR codes. BandPeek asks one question: which app is using my network? Each workflow in a pipeline does one step. Something narrow can be understood completely, by us and by the people who rely on it.

Choose boring infrastructure.
PostgreSQL, Redis, object storage, queues. Reliable parts, arranged so the path that matters is separate from everything else. QR Rapid's scan redirect runs as its own service, so a printed code resolves however busy the dashboard is. Backups, restore tests and a recovery plan are in place before anyone needs them.

Measure honestly, and keep a person in the loop.
A number that looks precise and is not is worse than no number. BandPeek ships with an accuracy contract that says what it measures and what it can miss. Our content pipeline works the same way: automated review narrows the reading, and a person approves what is published.
06How we work
Plain habits, kept.
- Ship early, then keep going.
- QR Rapid's first line of code was committed in August 2024, and it has been live since 2024. It is still being improved.
- Write the limits down.
- Accuracy contracts. Recovery plans. If a boundary matters, it is documented where people will find it.
- Use the right tool for each layer.
- TypeScript and Next.js for the web. Rust and Tauri for a native macOS app. Deno where a service has one narrow job.
- Keep a person in the loop.
- Our content pipeline keeps generation and review apart and holds publishing for human approval. Automation should shorten the work, not remove the judgement.
- Open where it helps.
- BandPeek is open source under the MIT licence, so its claims can be checked against the code.
