02How we build

Six decisions, made on real products.

Not a process poster. Each stage below is a decision we actually made while building QR Rapid and BandPeek.

Start from a real annoyance.

From the workshop

Once a QR code is printed, it can't be changed. That single, everyday constraint became QR Rapid's core idea: codes whose destination stays editable after they are on the menu, the poster or the box.
